We are on a lookout for a Kitchen Porter / Assistant to join our small kitchen team.
Due to rural location, driving is essential as public transport is very limited.
The hours of work will consist of split shifts, 5 days per week (around 9.30am - 2pm, 5.30pm - 9.30pm), including weekends and bank holidays.
We have a 75-seat dining room and a pub, including a small terrace where we offer homemade dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner time.
Duties will include:
- washing pots and pans in the kitchen, following daily cleaning schedules
- putting away orders /deliveries
- basic vegetable preparation
- keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised to a high standard
- assistance with basic food preparation
Experience isn't essential as training will be given.
You must be careful, tidy and clean, with excellent attention to detail.
